My personal picks and predictions (man, these are really tough, especially this year), lets give it a try!

East to Advance:
Buffalo over NY Islanders
New Jersey over Tampa Bay
Rangers over Thrashers
Pittsburgh over Ottawa (I don't know if I truly believe this but Im a Leafs fan and I simply cannot cheer for the Senators) :)

West to Advance:
Calgary over Detroit (Yep Im calling the upset)
Anaheim over the Wild
Vancouver over Dallas
Nashville over San Jose
